Delegate Morgan moves to amend the bill on page 1, by striking
out everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
thereof the following:
"That §30-10-20 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 10. VETERINARIANS.
§30-10-20. Continuation of the Board of Veterinary Medicine.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the Board of Veterinary Medicine shall continue to exist
until the first day of July, two thousand seven seventeen, unless
sooner terminated, continued or reestablished."
